Hi, I’m Sophie

I am an entry-level user experience designer with an interest in visual design. I have a background in art, creative writing, customer experience, and theatre. Currently, I am based in Eagan, MN. I’m an avid crafter, women’s basketball fanatic, and lover of baked goods. During my time with my one of my employers, I worked on a team that built a new design tool for customers. This project introduced me to the world of UX, and I dove head-first into learning more about the industry.

In March 2025, I completed Google’s User Experience Design Professional Certificate. Through the course, I gained skills in user experience design, user experience research, and usability testing. Head over to my portfolio to view my projects!

My drive to design comes from a desire to make sure everyone I come in contact with feels included and valued. I am passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and strive to create a world that is accessible and accommodating to everyone.
